Refund And Return Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

• You receive a defective product that cannot be repaired or replaced.

• The wrong item or size was delivered due to an error on our end.

All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.

Important Notes

• Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind cases.

• Sale items are exchangeable, but non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Request

• Please email us at customercare@sahibas.com with your order number, concern, and preferred action.

• Our team will guide you through the process.

Cancellation policy

• You can cancel the order within 12 hours of order placement.

• The COD order will be cancelled right away

• The paid order will be refunded within 7-10 working days

Exchange Policy

• Exchange is applicable within 3 days after receiving the product.

• ⁠The product has to be delivered by customer to the warehouse (address :18km ferozpur road, first right after Aiwan e Akbari , near Feroz kanta , Gajjua Mattah Lahore, Mob : 0321-9453301).

• ⁠Exchange process may take 5-7 working days.

•⁠ Exchange is only applicable in Local orders.

• The product applicable for exchange, must be unused.
